During the last decade, Williams Homes have built hundreds of new homes in Los Angeles & Ventura counties. With those kinds of numbers, they needed a new identity that took them to a higher level and made them more current. DMMH created a modern rebrand, focusing on a clean, minimal visual appearance, so the photos of their communities could shine. A fresh new website was also created that allowed users to view the properties and stay up to date with upcoming projects. An email marketing campaign was set up that proved successful. The very first campaign they sent out, resulted in a sale!
