The Process

01 | CONSULT

Once you get in touch, I’ll follow up with an email to set up a time for us to chat. This can be in person, if you’re local, over the phone or through video chat.

During this initial 30 minute design conversation, we’ll focus on your business, your goals, and your design needs. This will also give you a chance to ask any questions you may have.

02 | PROPOSAL + SIGNATURE AGREEMENT

After our chat, I’ll email you a proposal. That proposal will include a project calendar with start + delivery dates, pricing, installments, and deliverables. It will also include my terms of service agreement + details of how to pay. Payments can be made via bank transfer, check, Venmo or credit card.

03 | GETTING STARTED

Once everything is signed and the deposit has cleared, it’s time to get started. I’ll need you to send over any text and images that your project requires.

04 | DESIGN + REFINE

You’ll receive 2 unique design options for each project. You’ll select your design choice with up to 3 revisions. If you require more edits, any additional work will be billed at the hourly rate.
