Since project needs vary from client to client, the Base Branding Package just includes your branding. Most clients add-on à la carte deliverables to meet their exact needs. The Process

01 | CONSULT

Once you get in touch, I’ll follow up with an email to set up a time for us to chat. This can be in person, if you’re local, over the phone or through video chat. 

During this initial 30 minute design conversation, we’ll focus on your business, your goals, and your design needs. This will also give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. 


02 | PROPOSAL + SIGNATURE AGREEMENT

After our chat, I’ll email you a proposal. That proposal will include a project calendar with start + delivery dates, pricing, installments, and deliverables. It will also include my terms of service agreement + details of how to pay. Payments can be made via bank transfer, check, Venmo or credit card. 


03 | GETTING STARTED

Once everything is signed and the deposit has cleared, I will send over a questionnaire to help me understand your design vision. The questionnaire is detailed, so please plan to spend some time thinking through your answers. When you’re finished, we’ll schedule a second 30 minute call to go through it to make sure we’re on the same page before moving on.

04 | RESEARCH + STRATEGY

After our call, I’ll begin to research your industry, target audience, and competitors in order to create a brand strategy. The strategy is an important component, so this phase takes a bit of time. The brand strategy will be emailed for your review. This document will cover everything we’ve discussed and guide the design process moving forward.


05 | DESIGN + REFINE

Once the brand strategy is approved, the design begins. You will receive 2 distinct primary logo designs. You will select your top logo choice with up to 3 revisions. If you require more edits, any additional work will be billed at the hourly rate.

Once the main logo has been chosen, secondary logos and brand marks will be created to match.


06 | DELIVERY

Once everything is approved, you’ll receive all your files. Logos are sent in all the popular file formats, (JPG, PDF, PNG, AI, EPS) for both print and web use. Print pieces are sent as pdfs ready to be sent to your chosen printer.

Because I want to provide each project with the time + attention it deserves, I only take on a limited number of branding projects per month.
